Return Window
We offer a 14-day return policy, meaning you have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must:
- Be unused, unworn, and in the same condition you received it
- Include all original tags and packaging
- Be accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase
Returns that do not meet these requirements may not be accepted.

If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your item.
Customers are responsible for providing and paying for their own return shipping label.
Items sent back without first requesting a return authorization will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us right away at operations@vellorastore.com so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items cannot be returned, including but not limited to:
- Personal care and beauty products (including shampoos, conditioners, sunscreen, deodorants, hair styling products, and similar items)
- Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)
- Custom or personalized products
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
Additionally, we do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you would like a different item, the fastest option is to:
- Request a return for the original item (if eligible)
- Place a new order for the desired product
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.
Items must still be:
- Unused and unworn
- In original packaging with tags
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved or rejected.
If approved:
- Your refund will be issued to your original payment method
- Refunds are typically processed within 10 business days
- Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to post the refund
